We found a butcher that makes ground beef using nice vacuum packs. This makes using mince from the freezer very easy. Jean used them to make some business cards.
These business cards taste great.

Having worked in the printing industry for several years, I can honestly say that I’ve never seen such nice looking business cards.
Just keep them in a refrigerated wallet or something.
